Bag It!

Supply printed coupons, promotional items or gift vouchers for participants’ scavenger hunt gift bags. (supply enough items for all the participants preregistered at the event and the anticipated registrants)

10' x 10' Booth

The table and tent is the responsibility of the business owner, including set-up and removal. Thrill of the Hunt will provide the space and the required permits for the booth area. Disclosure of booth activity is required to gain the appropriate permits and for marketing purposes, including selling of any product or food. (Any violation of permit rules and regulations will be fined directly to the vendor)

Walking Booth

The vendor is permitted to walk among the participants and locals during the scavenger hunt, for the duration of the event, offering coupons, promotional items or gift vouchers.  The vendor will not have a booth but can choose to wear clothing or a portable sign representing the company to promote the business.

Registration Table Advertisement

Option #1 – The vendor will supply flyers, posters, coupons, promotional items or gift vouchers for placement on the registration table for the participants to take as desired.

Option #2 – The vendor will supply a table top advertisement or a large poster to be displayed near the registration table area or another booth.  Thrill of the Hunt will not regulate the distribution of the supplied material or offer additional information regarding inquiries on the supplied items and the vendors.

Awards / Prizes

The vendor will supply one prize, valued at $100+.  This could include gift baskets along with company coupons, free products or vouchers for free services, or an unrelated item such as an electronic tablet.  The prize will be awarded to a participant upon completion of the scavenger hunt based on certain criteria determined by Thrill of the Hunt or the event host.  If it’s a Thrill of the Hunt hosted event, the winner will be added to the Thrill of the Hunt social media sites along with the sponsor’s name.

 

Twitter Sponsor

During the scavenger hunt, Thrill of the Hunt will post multiple Twitter entries supplying the viewers and participants on the sponsor and the event.  Thrill of the Hunt will also respond to the participants interaction and questions, as well as outside interested parties regarding the event.  The vendor will address direct questions and inquires.  All posts will be supplied to Thrill of the Hunt in advance and include the vendor’s handle and specified hashtags to increase their online footprint. All content will be reviewed and approved by Thrill of the Hunt in advance.

Education Hour

Dog Scavenger Hunt – A local Veterinary Professional will sponsor the event.  The professional will be located in a designated area for the duration of the event for a Q&A session.  Thrill of the Hunt will include the professional in the actual scavenger hunt and the professional has the opportunity to reach out to the general public.  The 10′ x 10′ booth will be the responsibility of the vendor as well as any signage.

Other Professionals – Depending on the theme of the scavenger hunt, a professional will sponsor the event in a designated area.  The professional will remain for the duration of the event for a Q&A session.  Thrill of the Hunt will include the professional in the actual scavenger hunt and the professional has the opportunity to reach out to the general public.  The 10′ x 10′ booth will be the responsibility of the vendor as well as any signage.  Depending on the location and theme of the scavenger hunt a local professional may not be an option.

Photo Booth or Photographer

Option #1 – The vendor will sponsor an area housing a photo booth.  All participants, and possibly onlookers, can take candide pictures to post online for exponential fun and interaction.  Most booths offer customized photo strips to include vendor logo.  All details will depend on the scavenger hunt and location.  Typically a 3 hour rental is required.

Option #2 – The vendor will sponsor a booth whereas a local photographer will take free child, family or pet portraits (dog scavenger hunts) for the participants.  The photographer will be on site for roughly 3 -4 hours.  The 10′ x 10′ booth will be the responsibility or the vendor or photographer.  Thrill of the Hunt will supply the photographer if desired, or the vendor has the option to select their own photographer.  All signage for the booth will be the responsibility of the vendor and the photographer.
